SpoonRocket's Candy Delivery Service Makes Getting Halloween Candy Easy

SpoonRocket is service that's known for delivering healthy ready-made meals in about 15 minutes, but in the spirit of Halloween, it's also offering a candy delivery service.

After SpoonRocket's VP of marketing and finance noted that: "50 percent of households run out of candy on Halloween," the company decided to offer a unique promotion in the San Francisco area.

Rather than having to interrupt valuable family time over Halloween, the service makes it possible to order treats like Twix, Milky Way and other types of chocolate. Assorted 40-ounce bags sell for $13, which is significantly less than the same sized bags sold at local grocery stores, even when the additional delivery fee is tacked on to the rice. Ultimately, it's the same product that consumers could go out and buy in-store, but it's made available at a better price with more convenience.
