Hilton Anaheim is welcoming the arrival of fall with a campfire-inspired cocktail, the S’mores Old Fashioned Cocktail. This cozy concoction is made with graham cracker-infused Knob Creek Bourbon, crème de cacao, toasted marshmallow syrup, angostura bitters, and it's all topped off with house-made s'mores marshmallows.

With roasted sweet flavors and a smooth, full-body bourbon, this handcrafted cocktail is described by Kai Urban, Director of Food & Beverage, Hilton Anaheim, as "a nice transition for our guests to reminisce of summers around the campfire, while looking ahead to cooler temperatures and sitting fireside with a smooth spirit.”

This campfire-inspired cocktail is only available for a limited time at the MIX Restaurant, MIX Lounge and Pool Bar & Grill.
