'The Ace Paloma,' a seasonal cocktail originally introduced by Maestro Dobel Tequila—the first official tequila of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships—at the 2023 tournament, will be featured from August 8 to September 7 at select Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties this year.
For the 2025 season, Hilton is partnering with Maestro Dobel solely to serve the cocktail at participating locations, allowing guests to savor the atmosphere of the U.S. Open from beyond the stadium. The Ace Paloma combines Maestro Dobel Tequila Diamante Cristalino with fresh lime and grapefruit soda, accented by a rim of black lava salt and a dehydrated citrus garnish. Each pour is topped with a distinctive black tennis ball cocktail pick, evoking the tournament’s bold, competitive energy.
Presented in the official Dobel Tequila U.S. Open cup, the drink also reflects Maestro Dobel’s continued involvement in tennis, including sponsorship of ATP 1000 events such as the BNP Paribas Open, Miami Open, and Cincinnati Open.
