BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse collaborated to create the Biscoff Cookie, a fresh twist on a signature dessert that taps into the widespread popularity of an indulgent crunchy, caramelized cookie that has become a flavor in its own right. This version of thie Pizookie officially lands in restaurants beginning April 30th, featuring a fresh-baked sugar cookie topped with two scoops of rich vanilla bean ice cream, cookie butter drizzle, Biscoff cookie crumbles, and a whole Biscoff cookie.
