BJ's Restaurants attracts desserts lovers from far and wide for its Pizookie dessert, and for a limited time, a Snickers Pizookie is available, while supplies last, for dine-in exclusively at all BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse locations. Created in collaboration with Mars, this dedcadent twist on the signature skillet cookie features a freshly bakes brown sugar cookie made with pieces of Snickers, then topped with classic vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate shell topping, a drizzle of caramel sauce and sprinkled with even more Snickers bits.
While BJ's has teased and created some savory versions of the Pizookie, this sweet and traditional offering returns to its roots. "After flirting with the idea of another savory Pizookie, our sweet tooth kicked in and we knew we had to give BJ's guests everything they deserve and more—a Pizookie made to be shared, savored and celebrated together," said Heidi Rogers, senior vice president of marketing at BJ's Restaurants.
