BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse's signature dessert offering is now available in a whole new flavor with the launch of the new Confetti Pizookie.
For those unfamiliar, a Pizookie is essentially a big cookie baked in a cast iron skillet until soft and melty in the middle, but crispy on the edges. BJ's new Confetti Pizookie consists of a buttery confetti cookie dough base that's baked in a skillet, and then topped with creamy vanilla bean ice cream, fluffy whipped cream, and a smattering of colorful rainbow sprinkles. With its festive flair, the new dessert makes for a perfect way to celebrate birthdays, graduations, and more.
