4-Ingredient Calcium Chews

Seen Nutrition's Calcium Chews Support Bone Health in Women 40+

For National Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month, Seen Nutrition unveiled real-food Calcium Chews made with just four ingredients. Free from synthetic ingredients, fillers, preservatives and added sugar, these chews deliver 500 mg of highly bioavailable calcium from milk and six bone-building minerals to support and protect bone health.

“Too many women don’t think about bone health until they’ve already had a fracture,” said Seen Nutrition founder Jenny Han. “We want to change that by making prevention not only possible, but actually appealing—and grounded in the power of food.”

These chews, made for women 40+, are said to taste like caramel, thanks to naturally sweet California dates. The other three ingredients in the calcium chews are almonds, milk minerals and protein, and white button mushrooms—the only vegetable that naturally produces Vitamin D when exposed to the sun.
