Audio electronics company Crosley has recently launched the 'C8 Turntable,' an impressive vinyl record player that features premium specs at an affordable price tag.
The C8 Turntable comes equipped with a two-speed turntable (33 1/3 & 45 RPM), an adjustable tonearm counterweight, an adjustable anti-skate, and a removable hardshell. One standout feature, however, is the record player's low-vibration synchronous motor, which allows for scratch-free listening. In addition, to further improve the player's overall sound quality, the company isolated the unit's motor and implemented an external belt to spin its full-size aluminum platter.
According to Crosley, the design for the C8 was informed by a "less is more" philosophy. Because of this, the player boasts a pleasingly minimalist design that is complemented by its retro-inspired walnut veneer finish.
