Audio electronics company Pro-Ject Audio has announced the launch of three products -- two new Phono Boxes, and the brand's newest X Series turntable.
The Phono Box S3B and Phono Box DS3B both come equipped with balanced phono stages that feature dual-mono circuitry, discrete and fully symmetrical gain stages, and balanced I/O. However, the latter of the two arrives at a higher price point due to its improved signal support.
Meanwhile, the new X8 Turntable is a premium unit that features a TPE damped mass-loaded platter and precision ceramic inverted main bearing. Together, these two features allow the machine to smoothly spin vinyl records at consistent speeds, allowing for uninterrupted and generally superior sound quality.
