This plum and burrata flatbread is kind of like a colorful, healthier take on the homemade pizza. Created by Lindsay on the food blog Love and Olive Oil, the flatbread recipe contains not just arugula, balsamic glaze and burrata cheese, but, unusually enough, plums as well.
Using a combination of plums that are yellow and red on the inside, the creamy burrata flatbread is a dish of many colors. To make your own at home, you can lightly grill naan flatbreads and add pizza ingredients such as pre-made balsamic glaze, burrata cheese balls, basil leaves and baby arugula. Instead of ripe plums, you can also try other colorful and in-season fruit like peaches or strawberries that are sliced and pitted.
