Burger King's Impossible Whopper will be sold in all United States locations, beginning on August 8th. Burger King will also launch a taste test initiative in order to have customers taste both versions of the Whopper, the taste test will continue until September 1st and is available through the Door Dash app as well as Burger King apps. Burger King's Impossible Whopper will have a $5.95 price point.
Burger King is now joining many other fast food chains who have already incorporated popular meatless options into the menu. Incorporating meatless products allows consumers more choice and will enable people to cut down on meat products. Many consumers are making dietary changes that include less meat and Burger King is positioning itself accordingly.
