New Ad for 'Burberry Hero' Sees Adam Driver Transform Into a Centaur

Burryberry has selected Adam Driver to be the face of its latest 'Burberry Hero' cologne; the release of which was accompanied by a bizarre, minute-long commercial that features the Star Wars actor morphing into a centaur.

In a series of cuts, viewers watch as Driver runs shirtless on the beach alongside a galloping horse. Together, Driver and the horse dive into the blue seawater and proceed to swim in a melodramatic fashion. The ad ends as Driver emerges from the water, now a silhouette of a half-man, half-horse.

With the launch of the 'Burberry Hero' campaign, the Oscar-nominated actor joins other notable Burberry ambassadors such as Kendall Jenner, FKA Twigs, and Marcus Rashford. Driver is, however, the only celebrity to be transformed into a mythical creature by the brand – surely, an achievement worthy of bragging rights.
