Plant-based food company Eat Just created a Brunch in a Box kit to support dining at home during a time when restaurant dining rooms are restricted. Although going out for brunch is a favorite ritual for many, Eat Just's boxes help homebound people in New York City embrace new rituals from the comfort of home.
The Brunch in a Box kits are being shared with a hotline that can be texted to claim the meals, which consist of one of three options like eggs Florentine, eggnog French toast or buckwheat crêpes. Fulfilled by Amazon Prime Now, the kits contain all of the ingredients to make brunch at home.
To support the launch of the kits, Eat Just is also sharing virtual cooking sessions to help people make the most of their plant-based eating experience.
