Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Brooklyn Projects is known for creating parody renditions of popular logos. Most recently, the brand has adopted the iconic Ralph Lauren logo and fellow skate brand Thrasher into its collection.
Brooklyn Projects takes the jockey logo that adorns Ralph Lauren products and reimagines it as a menacing Grim Reaper. Rather than a riding stick, the cloaked death symbol carries a scythe in its hand -- appearing in the same place as the original would but on crew necks instead of polo shirts. Brooklyn Projects uses the same font as Thrasher on its honorary tees, however replaces the brand name with the word "Thrashed" instead.
Other notable products from Brooklyn Projects includes a skate deck that features an anti-Trump phrase within a cross and a "Thotline Bling" t-shirt that plays off Drake merchandise.
