This Gin Drink is Infused with Sweet Peach and Blackberry Fruits

Bramble cocktails are a popular springtime drink inspired by the bodacious flavors of fresh blackberries. Blogger Sugar and Cloth infuses the traditional gin drink with other fruit flavors inspired by product found at the farmer's market.
To kick things up a notch, Sugar and Cloth adds fresh peach puree to this boozy beverage to give it a citrus flavor that perfectly contrasts the deep aromatic notes of the blackberry. The drink is made using dry gin that is mixed with simple syrup, lemon juice and peach puree in a shaker filled with ice. The mixture is strained into a glass and topped with crushed ice. To finish the beverage off fresh blackberries are muddled along with Creme de Mure and strained over the rest of the drink.
