Nostalgic Asian-American Condiments

Bowlcut Releases a Trio of Asian-Inspired Sauces

Bowlcut is an AAPI-founded condiment brand that aims to “unite people through food.” The brand is releasing its first collection of sauces, including ‘Chili Crisp,’ ‘Spicy Chili Crisp,’ and ‘Char Siu.’ The condiments are perfect for seafood dishes, ramen, and more.

The brand’s name is inspired by one of the most popular hairstyles of the ‘80s. As first-generation restaurant owners Crystal Ung, Adrian Ng, and Will Kang use Bowlcut to pay homage to the foods and memories of their parent's cooking. The sauces are made from sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, using packaging that nods to Asian culture and cuisine elements.

Interested parties who would like to support a business for AAPI Heritage Month can purchase Bowlcut’s trio of sauces on the brand’s website.
