Instead of getting an x-ray view, the anatomical hoodie has perfectly-placed lungs, brains and kidneys that reveal where the inner workings are on the body.
One of the strangest parts of this hoodie is that it has a flap — not a hood — that comes up in front of the face and reveals what's on the inside of the head. Since it hangs awkwardly on its own, the look of the whole sweatshirt really works best when this flap is held over the face.
