In an effort to cater to the increasing number of vegetarian and vegan consumers, Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill is adding BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles to its menu as a plant-based protein option.
Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill is known for serving up delicious burrito bowls, tacos, burritos, and salads. Now customers can add some plant-based protein to their favorite dishes by ordering BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles. The BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles are made from ground up BOCA veggie burger patties. Though the crumbles contain soy protein and wheat gluten, they are fully plant-based and serve as a great source of protein for those who do not eat meat. As Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill CEO Phil Friedman explains, "We’re pleased to offer a system wide vegetarian protein option to our guests."
