Four-Ingredient Tortilla Chips

Tozi Superfoods' Blue Corn Totopos are Free from Seed Oils

For years, Mexican households have made totopos with a handful of ingredients and when the creators of Tozi Superfoods failed to find authentic Mexican staples in the United States without artificial preservatives and industrial seed oils, they created their own Blue Corn Totopos. These tortilla chips, which get their name from the Aztec word for "thunder" and describe a snack so crunchy that it's noisy to eat, are wholly plant-based, gluten-free and made in Austin, Texas. Although minimal in ingredients, the crisp, light chips promise a bold flavor experience.

Simple, benefit-packed ingredients are at the heart of Tozi Superfoods' Blue Corn Totopos: antioxidant-packed heirloom blue corn (which is easier to digest than yellow corn,) amaranth (a source of protein and fiber) and, other than that, just sea salt, and non-GMO avocado oil.
