BlockWorks is a modular furniture collection that was specifically made with smaller spaces in mind. As the designer writes, "I was living in a little tiny apartment in New York City’s East Village.[...] I had no dining room table, or even chairs really. I only had a coffee table, a desk, and a few bar stools. I kept thinking, why can’t these pieces of furniture do more?" Thus, BlockWorks was born.
Strong and industrial looking, BlockWorks is almost like a LEGO set for grownups. They are rearrangeable at will, turning the pieces into any kind of furniture imaginable--or at least it feels that way. From coffee tables and shelving to beds and side tables, BlockWorks is very versatile.
