An adorable little girl by the name of Iris Gill recently hosted an unconventionally themed birthday party inspired by the drugstore chain CVS. The event, designed by her mother, featured a set up inspired by the company's branding, retail set up and overall design.
While most young girls might ask for whimsical, fairytale or film-inspired birthdays, Gill wanted a CVS-themed birthday celebration. The event featured Gill dressed as a cashier in the brand's red and white coloring along with loot bags with cash receipt tags, retail storefront decor design in the tables and even drinks playing off of the company's name. This unconventional retail birthday speaks to how young consumers, perhaps at a surprisingly young demographic, are in fact influenced by shopping companies at impressionable age.
