Tait Forman and cocktail consultants Proprietors created the new Bibo Ergo Restaurant, a unique dining experience.
Latin for 'I drink, therefore I am,' the restaurant's concept has a three part menu that is based after the three parts of a basic magic trick: the Pledge, the Turn and the Prestige. Each menu item was hand-picked to correspond with the bold design features of the restaurant, that has a retro 1980s feel. The art decor was all designed by Brooklyn-based Home Studios, mixing popular influences from Vienna's architecture with new-wave French film posters. This one-of-a-kind new restaurant sets to make dining and drinking an experience, rather than a normal outing.
Mixing modern and classic designs with a menu that has never been seen before has made the new Bibo Ergo Restaurant an instant tourist attraction.
