Chef Roy Choi, deemed by many to be the "grandfather of the food truck movement," is opening an exciting new concept restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. Bringing the chef's Koreatown-inspired Korean-Mexican fusion food to Sin City, Best Friend boasts a visually stimulating interior that is sure to be a hit with Instagram-driven foodies.
Located within MGM Park, Best Friend has a liquor store-inspired entrance featuring a variety of branded merchandise for sale and a menu featuring some of chef's greatest hits on the other side. Inspired dishes on the menu include a Fried Bologna Sandwich, Tamarind Cod Hot Pot, Fritto Misto Rogers, Slippery Shrimp and Soon DuBu Hot Pot.
