The Belle-V ice cream scoop is a design that not only works great, but looks great as well. Serving up frozen desserts in style, the sculptural aesthetic ensures that people will want to keep the Belle-V ice cream scoop out in the open in order to display its sleek elegance for all the world to see. Or at least house guests.
Designed by Dr. Karl Ulrich, Vice Dean of Innovation at the Wharton School, the Belle-V ice cream scoop is not meant to just be pretty. The good doctor noticed how traditional scoops didn't address ergonomics, working against the natural motion of people's wrists. By angling and elongating the head of the Belle-V ice cream scoop, it is more comfortable to use.
