There have been numerous occasions since the birth of the universe where 'Beer Saved the World.'
Since the first time a human could walk on two feet, they were already drinking beer and falling over. However, beer was a key ingredient in the long success of ancient Egypt. They used beer as medicine and the Hebrews were given beer to build the pyramids. Egyptian babies were even baptized in beer. Suds were also a key player in the foundation of the United States as many of the founding fathers brewed their own beer and drank often. Today annual beer consumption is on the rise. The average American drinks about 22 gallons of beer per year which combined is enough to fill 330 oil tankers. Beer makes people happy but more importantly, drives economies.
