At the ground level, there is the main bedroom suit, a sunroom with white oak details, and a garden.
Notably, the garden is more of an extension of the home and is surrounded by lush green detail. There is also the guest suite on this level, which is made to be soundproof for the homeowner's musical talents. Other details include the custom staircase with a circular structure made from perforated steel spirals. It also provdes a view of the new terrace that is on the parlor level.
