#thebearscave is a Naturally Inspired, Tech-Free Bedroom for Kids

— October 9, 2018 — Life-Stages
Estudio Plök and architect Mariana Paccieri teamed up to create #thebearscave, an imaginative bedroom for kids that was created for the Casa Foa 2018 design trade show.

The playful bedroom for kids is entirely devoid of technology, creating a safe space for young ones to get creative and unwind without the influence of technology. The entire space boasts an organically inspired cave-like design, complete with details that remind of mountains and natural materials like wood and cork.

While there is one bed that is tucked into a cozy nook, there is also a second bed that can be accessed via a climbing wall, which overlooks the entire bedroom and brings kids closer to the image of a friendly bear.
