Corner Bakery's BBLT & Egg Sandwich Takes Breakfast to the Next Level

It's hard to improve on the classics, but Corner Bakery Cafe is taking a stab at it with its new BBLT & Egg Sandwich. Part of its winter menu, the new sandwich is hearty enough for any snow day.

Corner Bakery's new BBLT & Egg Sandwich is a gourmet take on the classic BLT. In addition to applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, and tomato, the sandwich also features fluffy scrambled eggs and a creamy cracked black pepper balsamic mayo. The whole thing is served on Mom's white toast for a delicious breakfast option.

Of course, Corner Bakery Cafe knows that not all consumers are the breakfast sandwich type, which is why the chain is also debuting a veggie-heavy Power Breakfast Egg Bowl and a Pistachio Cranberry Muffin. To round it all out, there's a new White Chocolate Mint Cold Brew made with white chocolate sauce and mint syrup.
