Boutique gin brand Bathtub Gin has announced the launch of its first flavored expression, 'Bathtub Gin Grapefruit and Rosemary.' In addition, the new release has been accompanied by a branding redesign; the bottle no longer includes Abelforth's brand name, and the label has received a notable revamp, now featuring hand-drawn illustrations printed in color.
The creation of Bathtub Gin Grapefruit and Rosemary was inspired by the brand's fans. The distillery took to Instagram to ask their followers what flavors they would like to see the brand make. The company received more than 1,100 suggestions that were then divided into flavor categories. The top categories included citrus and spice, citrus and herb, and citrus and floral. A few specific combinations were shortlisted, and again, fans were asked to vote on their favorite. Of course, the winning flavor combo was grapefruit and rosemary.
