This decadently upgraded version of chips and dip features a dessert-style cinnamon chip paired with a banana frosting dip. This mouthwatering recipe can easily be replicated in any kitchen with a few sugary ingredients.
The crispy and crunchy cinnamon chips are made using the classic, read-to-bake Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. The trick to this chips and dip dessert is to make the chips extra thin. Instead of fluffy rolls, these chips should be thin and fried to a crisp. This is done by cutting the dough into triangles to resemble chips and frying them in oil instead of baking them. When they brown, simply sprinkle them with sugar and make the dip. The banana frosting dip is made by mashing a chopped up banana with cream cheese frosting.
This super simple recipe is quick and will add a creative spin to a dessert party, movie night or just as a sweet snack.
