The Balea Collection may be simple enough, but the vibrant colors and soft curves gives it a playful contemporary twist that many will appreciate. Although not too bold since the bright hues are painted underneath the wooden surface, the Balea Collection adds enough of a visual interest to really accentuate a living space, particularly a modern one.
Designed by Muka Design Lab, a creative studio based in Bilbao, Spain, the Balea Collection is inspired by the rounded belly of a whale, which it is named after in the Basque language. Comprised of three sturdy tables, each ranging in different sizes, they can be used separately or together in a nesting formation. The legs can be unscrew from the top to take up less in the packaging.
