The Balcony Yacht concept design by Hyun-Seok Kim comes with open-spaced room for grand floating parties. The yacht is 24 meters long with a huge upper deck and rear balconies that are connected through a flight of stairs.
The upper deck is fully loaded with ample seating areas, hardwood floors, an outdoor cockpit and even a cocktail bar. The actual sheltered area of the Balcony Yacht is a very small space, so you better hope not be partying on this boat when a big storm hits.
