Trader Joe's is making it easier for you to add oil to just about anything with its new Avocado Spray Oil.
Trader Joe's Avocado Spray Oil is essentially a sprayable version of avocado oil. The actual oil used in the product is made from high-quality Mexican-grown avocados, which are picked at peak ripeness and then expeller-pressed without heat or chemicals. The result is a relatively neutral oil with a mild scent and a gentle flavor. Avocado oil is also a kitchen workhorse thanks to its notably high smoke point (around 500°F). But perhaps best of all, Trader Joe's new Avocado Spray Oil is packaged using bag-on-valve (BOV) technology, instead of a traditional aerosol can. This allows for a continuous spray without the use of harsh chemical propellants.
