While mashed avocados can be used to make dishes like healthy chocolate mousse when cocoa powder is added, this creamy white chocolate bar from Compartes introduces an all-new way to enjoy the pairing of chocolate and avocados.
The consumer obsession with all things avocado—including avocado toast—has not yet died down. It is only being amplified with the opening of avocado-centric products, as well as restaurants like Avocaderia and The Avocado Show, where avocados are showcased as the main ingredient in dishes.
