The AquaTots Program Teaches Children About the Natural World

The Florida Aquarium is currently running an AquaTots program that gives parents and their children a unique opportunity to learn more about sea creatures and marine life. Designed to be fun for toddlers and their parents, the event provides a great opportunity for families to bond.

The AquaTots program is geared towards children between the three and five and their parents. The event is held every Wednesday from September to April, thereby giving children an ongoing opportunity to learn more about the Aquarium. During these classes, parents and children are encouraged to work together to make crafts, read stories and tour the different marine exhibits. Each class has a different theme, which helps children enhance their understanding of the natural world.

The event ultimately gives children and their parents an opportunity to explore the Aquarium in an educational, kid-friendly atmosphere.
