The Apple Watch Ultra 2 smartwatch is the updated version of the brands rugged wearable that builds on the success of the first model with carbon neutral features to boot. The smartwatch features on-device processing for several Siri requests to reduce wait time and is equipped with a brighter display that ranges from 2 to 3,000-nits, which equates to 50% brighter than the previous model. The wearable also supports the double tap gesture that will be enabled with a software update coming next month to enable activation of on-screen prompts with a pinch-style motion.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 smartwatch also updates the Night Mode functionality to incorporate use with the ambient light sensor to automatically activate the feature in the dark.
