Riley von Niessen — December 8, 2020 — Lifestyle
Apple is readying to launch its new on-demand workout and fitness-tracking program, Apple Fitness+, on December 14th.
The subscription service will be available to all Apple Watch users who either have a Series 3 or a more recent model, which will enable them to keep track of their progress, share their workouts so that they can compete with their friends, and receive visual prompts that will help them motivate themselves and push a little harder every workout. Apple Fitness+ can be streamed on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, and can be adjusted to suit the user's schedule and goals. With everything from HIIT and strength-building routines to relaxing yoga sessions on offer, Apple Fitness+ promises to suit the unique needs of each user.
