Urban homes and apartment spaces are getting smaller than ever to accommodate the rising population of urban locations, so this new apartment design is created to help offer an innovative solution.

Just 484-square-feet in size, the apartment features a variety of transforming features for storage and living that are inherently created to be as functional as possible.

The apartment space is the design work of architect Elodie Gaschard of Atelier Miel and Michaël Martins Alfonso. It's situated in Bourdeau, France and is packed with all the essential components required for maintaining a modern lifestyle. The apartment is designed between two floors that are linked with a puzzle-inspired staircase that is packed with numerous different cubby spaces for storage.
