This anonymous feedback platform is specifically designed for the workplace. Fraynk encourages companies to "share, learn and grow as an organization through open, honest communication." It enables employees to make a suggestion, vent or share their true opinion on a sensitive matter without making their identity known.

Team leaders and managers are able to pose a question and receive anonymous feedback in return. This gives them a better sense of where their employees are actually at. Built for organizations as a whole and workers at all levels, Fraynk believes anonymous conversation enables constructive feedback, enhanced transparency and increased collaboration. Ultimately this is also supposed to improve productivity.

Secretive communication online typically does not end well, but bringing it into a professional sphere could potentially change that.
