The libation has been announced as a single-malt hogshead that was originally distilled in 1987, which also happens to be the same year that the initial video game was released. Priced at 37,000 yen ($330) per bottle, the whiskey is branded with a faded table that incorporates the video game logo along with some familiar visuals.

The Glenfarclas Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary Whiskey will be made available for preorder starting on January 26 with the remaining stock purchasable on February 2.
