What if you could find the meaning of life for a mere $9.99? With this sure-to-be kickass movie by Etgar Keret and directed by Tatia Rosenthal, you can come a little closer to answering all of life’s queries. The animated movie, simply titled "$9.99," is based on the short stories of Etgar Keret.
The movie’s premise is based around the main character, Dave Peck, who buys a book for $9.99 that claims to “...explain, in easy-to-follow, simple terms your reason for being!”
I’m not sure if I trust the book's extraordinary claims, but I do trust that this movie is one that you should definitely check out.
