Andrea Bellotto is a designer who thought that so much more could be done with the clock's overall structure. Many times people just pay attention to what's on the front of the clock, but Belletto wanted a more holistic approach to this handy piece of home furniture.

The back of the clock looks similar to a water pipe, which helps to give this design that industrial aesthetic. It can also be stood up on a number of different surfaces with this look, as it does not need to be hung up on the wall. While focusing on the back of a clock is something so subtle, it's not usually done, and it helps to make this clock so distinct.
