Compact Tiny Homes

The Amelia Tiny Home Offers 341 Square Feet of Living Space

The Amelia tiny home measures 26 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, and provides 341 square feet of living space on a double-axle trailer. Built by Teacup Tiny Homes, the exterior combines white board-and-batten siding with a maintenance-free steel base and a snap-lock metal roof. Dual-pane low-E windows brighten the interior, while propane-powered underfloor heating, a mini-split air conditioning system, and a Lunos heat recovery ventilator support year-round comfort. The open living area accommodates a full sofa, with a sofa bed available as an optional upgrade.

The kitchen features a farmhouse sink, a four-burner Furrion propane range with oven, a fridge-freezer, an over-the-range microwave, a pull-out pantry, waterfall-edge countertops, and soft-close cabinetry. A sliding door leads to a bathroom fitted with a 30-by-30-inch shower, custom vanity, oversized medicine cabinet, and laundry rough-in. Two loft bedrooms provide space for king-size beds, while an optional storage staircase replaces the removable ladder for the secondary loft.
