Private Label eCommerce Groceries

Amazon Grocery Will Feature Over 1,000 items with Many Under $5

'Amazon Grocery' is a new private label brand from the eCommerce company created with consumer demand for value-focused products in mind to help shoppers access competitively priced items in a convenient way.

The in-house pantry and grocery item brand will feature more than 1,000 items with many priced under $5 each to prioritize accessibility. The products includes such staples as milk, pasta, crackers, cookies and more alongside fresh items like produce, meat and seafood. The label will combine the existing products under the 'Amazon Fresh' and 'Happy Belly' ranges to give the entire line of grocery items from the eCommerce brand a cohesive look.

Vice President of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores and Chief Executive Officer at Whole Foods Market Jason Buechel spoke on Amazon Grocery in a press release saying, "During a time when consumers are particularly price-conscious, Amazon Grocery delivers more than 1,000 quality grocery items across all categories that don’t compromise on quality or taste – from fresh food items to crave-worthy snacks and pantry essentials – all at low, competitive prices that help customers stretch their grocery budgets further."
