Alvaro de Almeida Connects with Disturbed Teenagers

In hopes to create an illustrated connection with youth, artist Alvaro de Almeida drew a series of pictures in his collection entitled 'The Morning Illustration.' This collection features awkwardly drawn characters in melancholy scenarios with over-expressed facial expressions and colorful artistry.

In order to reach out to the youth, Alvaro de Almeida drew upon exaggerated life experiences. Although some are elaborated, it is the inner message that seems to draw the crowds and hopefully a connection.
