Tech-Enabled Ice Cream Trucks

Alsies Reimagined a Nostalgic Experience for the 21st Century

However comforting and nostalgic, ice cream trucks—with their jingles and colorful treats—feel increasingly outdated and are long overdue for a tech-savvy upgrade, and Alsies has taken on that task. The tech-enabled ice cream truck franchise has "reimagined the ice cream truck for the 21st century," making it possible for customers to track trucks in real time with an app. With the aid of the app, customers who missed the truck passing by can communicate with the driver and request a community stop to satisfy a sweet tooth for classic treats or more gourmet options.

Alsies' first franchisee, Scott Shapiro, will be opening a new location in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, bringing the tech-enabled ice cream experience to the community in March 2025.
