Overlooking the magnificent blue Mediterranean Sea, the Almyra Hotel is designed with relaxation and tranquility in mind. Hotel owner Thanos Michaelides put in a serious amount of renovations to attract a more lavish, upscale crowd.

It won't be hard to find a peaceful spot to soak in the sun with the endless cabanas and banquette sofas scattered around the Almyra Hotel. The black and white interior furnishings were handpicked by Tristan Auer and Joelle Pleot, who were commissioned to design one of Karl Lagerfeld's homes -- making it clear why there is something oh-so Chanel about the rooms. 70s-inspired leather with black detailing appear picturesque against the pristine backdrop. Guests can also enjoy taking a dip and cocktail by one of the two freshwater pools.

If you are looking to let go of your worries and work on your tan, the Almyra Hotel is an ultra-chic place at which to do so.
