JetBlue & Mattress Startup Tuft & Needle Created Business Class Seats

In the confines of an airplane, there's a limited amount of space to work with but JetBlue wants those in its Mint business class to be as comfortable as possible in its airline seats. JetBlue worked with mattress startup Tuft & Needle to create innovative seating solutions that can recline completely flat and offer an experience that rivals the level of comfort that mattresses at home provide.

Available on select routes only, Mint is the airline's premium offering and JetBlue has partnered with many different companies to enhance aspects of the inflight experience. For example, JetBlue also offers vintage-inspired noise-reducing headphones with Master & Dynamic and curated amenity kits from the wellness brand Wonderfuel.
