The Air Max Con Tokyo event follows in the same vein as the two similar events being held in New York City and Hong Kong. Located at a venue in Shibuya-ku, the Tokyo iteration of the annual shoe-honoring event featured a comprehensive retrospective on the history of the shoe and its subtle evolution throughout the years.
The immersive exhibition will be open for three days in Tokyo and features a sprawling NIKEiD kiosks, where guests will be able to design their own take on the classic Nike Air Max silhouette.
The Air Max Con Tokyo pavilion will be open to the public via membership and will run from March 23 to March 25, with registration required through the Nike online event platform.
