The Park Hall Resort & Spa in Lancashire, operated by the Brilliant Hotels Collection, is the first hotel in the UK to introduce an AI concierge system that communicates with guests via calls and texts. The AI concierge, Charlotte, works alongside human staff and helps to answer guest questions and manage tasks around the clock in multiple languages. By phone or WhatsApp, guests can interact with Charlotte to access services, make requests or resolve issues.
